This is the new central library in Stuttgart, Germany designed by Korean architect Eun Young Yi. Costing about 80-million Euros and taking about three years, the doors opened to this amazing piece of architecture last month.
There are 11 floors in total; 9 above ground and 2 below. As you can see from the image, the entire library is open concept. Bookshelves are on the perimeter and offers an absolutely gorgeous and stunning view.
Clean, modern, perfect.

Hermès Rive Gauche by RDAI

Hermès has taken not only the Right, but now also the Left Bank of the Seine!

Considered a historical monument in Paris, the new Hermès Rive Gauche store occupies what was once an old 1930s swimming club turned famous ready-to-wear showroom (for Dorethée Bis).

The beauty, simplicity and elegance of the space is typical of the Hermès brand. With clean lines and beautiful, curved woodwork, Hermès and the architect Denis Montel of the RDAI agency, tried to echo the movement of water in a pool.

This store is another prime example of why Hermès, for me, is the ultimate luxury brand.
